My wife looking to get a Sony Ericsson W380i (Purple) but was wondering if they lock their phones? She is currenly on Virgin Mobile but she doesn't want to change number or network as she has been with then for over 10 years.

Anyone having problems with the speaker giving a nasty buzzing noise occasionally? I was pondering whether to upgrade to the K850 but the guy at o2 put me off, saying they have had lots returned with bugs, he recommended the C902. Any thoughts?

1. Offer a cheap range of phones that are simple to use _as a phone_, no teenage gimmicks like multimedia. Include large buttons and easy SMS. 2. Offer a minimal monthly charge + billing for calls on top. No need for included minutes.

Got a Nokia 6230, that used to be on an O2 contract, now is Orange PAYG. I can't send or receive MMS messages now it's on Orange PAYG. If someone sends me a MMS, I get a link on the Orange website to view the image.If I try to send an MMS, it fails.

Hi, having a hassle trying to visit the SE website, www.sonyericsson.com, looks like it is loading but just goes nowhere. Have tried it with IE as well as Firefox. Any ideas?

I was thinking of trying the '3' network, as I already a 2 pay-as-you-go orange phones, which I tend to swop sim cards about in, would this still be possible with a '3' phone & sim?

I ordered my iPhone 3G this morning online from o2 just after 9am, everything seemed to be going normally, my order still shows "In Progress" but I phoned o2 customer services to check something and guess what? Their website crashed and they didn't assign stock to all

Has anyone here managed to get a PIN2 or PUK2 code out of Virgin..? I want to set up fixed dialling on my Nokia 6310i and I'm being asked for the PIN2 code. Virgin swear blind their network doesn't support it and keep telling me to
