Are there any real methods possible to improve cell phone signal strength?
I often have problems getting a signal at both home and work.  Often, the
phone shows an analog signal or no signal at all.  In order to make sure I

Besides good clarity, sensitivity, build quality and decent battery life
my preferences in the order of importance: CDMA/AMPS, Light, Voice

I ordered an AC Family Share plan and the email from VZ that
confirms my order makes it sound like the Mobile to Mobile and
Unlimited Night & Wknd minutes are only useable from the Primary
phone.

I'm anxiously awaiting to switch to VZW about 7/25 but was wondering if
there are any plan changes scheduled for 8/1 in the offing that would make
me hold off until then.  Anyone know?

I opened up my 7868W (Verizon Metro DC) today and it said "Emergency Mode"
in big letters. The only way I could clear it was to power down the phone
and turn it back on. Any idea as to what this is for or why it said this??

What about calling canada? One of the guys at the local store told me that
he forwards his calls a gsm prepaid when he goes up to canada for a while.
He indicated that canada was part of his national calling plan. Is this the
