Is there anyway to get the pics from the phone without Verizons "help"? Basically, do you have to pay 25c for every picture you ever want to show anyone? Or can you download them (does the same cable for 4400 work) and do with them as you wish?

I recently moved from San Diego, California to Phoenix, Arizona. When I called CS about the move the rep asked me if I would like a new phone number. As I was moving to a different state I said yes. He never mentioned any fee for moving or changing the number.

Man oh Man! I just left a demo of the VZW PTT service...Oh how does a MAX, yes MAX delay of 1 second sound!!!! Like bags of gold being piled at my feet, lol. I knew there was a reason that I kept carrying Nextel all these years...to convert those customers to VZW PTT lol.

or is it just me? I punch in my PIN it tells me my account isn't available. Or we can't give you that information. Or it won't let me pay my bill online. Or the session is terminated prematurely. Rinse. Repeat. It's a total nightmare. I call customer service and try to get some help
