I'm a VZW customer in Northern California using two V120Cs, and have been for almost two years now. What does *228 do for me and why would I want to perform it?

One of the primary reasons I would get the 9500 over the LG 4400(somewhat smaller and nicer keys) is the speakerphone, mostly to use in the car. I would be interested in peoples experiance using it in this way.

I got a new VX4400 last week, and switched my plan over to the 400 minutes America's Choice plan. On my receipt it does indicate "Express Network MOU". However, I can't get it to work. I set it up as has been described in many other messages:

Has anyone in the Chicago Market found out what is wrong with the *68 (Busy/No answer transfer) and *72 (Call forward) features? These have been O.O.S. since Friday, July 18.

I signed up for America's Choice $34.95 national plan on June 2. Express Network MOU was listed as an included feature at no charge. I can connect and download my e-mail and surf using EN but it is no faster than Q2Net. Is there something further I need to do to get the faster

I have a new VX 4400 and am trying to wend my way through the manual which doesn't give much explanation. There is a setting for "voice Privacy" (pg 95), is this talking about some form of encryption?

I need a plan that can allow me to connect a laptop to phone to do e-mail when I am traveling. I don't mind to wait till 9pm if it's free, otherwise, it needs to be damn FAST because I have lots of messages. 300 mins voice is plentiful for me. Please suggest me a phone/plan ...
