Ten days ago, I purchased two new Samsung A310s, as upgraded phones from
Radio Shack.  One phone had this problem: When powering up, it would show
the Verizon logo, but that logo would not disappear, i.e.: it would not go

posts. Just wondering your opinons on cellular service. Who do you have,
do you you like your cell phone service? Any recommendations?

My "new every 2" comes up at the end of the month.  I thought I'd be jumping
on the VX6000 till I found it lacks AMPS, a deal killer for me.  I can live
with my trusty TM510 for a while longer if there's something appealing

There must be an easier way to manage the phone book on my samsung a530
through verizon. I just set up AOL IM on the phone, and programming the 15
or so commands in the phonebook was time consuming for me enough. Now I need
to add in names and numbers for all of my buddies.

PTT will only work in the digital Express Network area, which is much
larger than Nextel's network. It will not work in analog, however you
will still be able to place and recv calls unlike Nextel.
