multiple NAMs question23 Aug 2003 03:14 GMT2
I've seen people talking about having 2 phone numbers used on the same
phone, by using 2 different NAMs.
Is it possible to have a phone number with Verizon on one NAM, and
another number with Sprint on another NAM?
car antenna23 Aug 2003 01:46 GMT5
Thinking of getting an antenna for my car, wanted to know what
recommendations ya'all have. I installed my yagi for the house and it really
yanks the signal in, no more dropped calls from the house. I have the LG
vx6000. I live in central New York state and we got hills and stuff.

Is it fairly easy to load ringtones and pictures onto the 4400?  Are there
sites that are readily available for ringtones and pictures for Verizon

Thanks!

50085 vs. 50096v3 PRLs22 Aug 2003 14:18 GMT7
PRL 50096 (3rd version) has been released and here are the changes
compared to PRL 50085.  Some of the details of the SIDs were obtained
from www.justalurker.com and www.mountainwireless.com   I'll start with
the "bad" news and work towards the "good" news.  Some changes in
T 730 Story??22 Aug 2003 14:06 GMT3

to analog as the 720 does?
Any other noted differences?
V60i.  How do I get one?22 Aug 2003 13:26 GMT5
I'm probably going to be signing up with Verizon over the next couple of
weeks, as I'm moving from Boston to San Francisco (currently use AT&T).
I've read nothing but terrific reviews of the V60i, as far as clarity and
battery life are concerned.  But when I log onto Verizon's ...
Motorola PTT phone and battery22 Aug 2003 13:15 GMT3
Is anyone else having problems with the standby time? I have to charge
both of mine several times a day and it doesn't make it through the
night.
multiple phones w/ Same #22 Aug 2003 13:08 GMT1
While I was browsing through the FCC website, I found this interesting page.
I'm sure VZW and other carriers could do this, but they probably would deny
it.

following cities several times a year: Dallas (2-3 times), Houston (6-8
times), San Antonio (3 times) Tucson AZ/ New Mexico (1 ...
V60p's on Ebay??22 Aug 2003 07:23 GMT1
Why in God's name are people bidding on Moto V60p's on Ebay up and over $355
when you can buy it for $149 at a Verizon Wireless store?
sh.t, sign up. Buy the phone for $149, then cancel and pay $175. It's still
less then $355 and that doesn't include all the taxes and crap.
will the phone selection ever get better?22 Aug 2003 06:49 GMT9
I am in NYC and after reading that dude's NYCELL page I am convinced Verizon
is the best for call quality, capacity and coverage within NYC. Reliability
is important to me because I rely on cell phone for emmergencies. I
understand they are not 100% reliable for that, but I want the ...
Are PTT plans different?22 Aug 2003 06:37 GMT11
I have the standard America's choice nation wide calling. 700 minutes, free
nights and weekends for $59/month. If I wanted to just upgrade my phone to
the V60P would Verizon try to scam me and throw me in some PTT plan that is
much less then what I have already? I actually could ...
