Has anyone else noticed this??  What's the deal with northern West
Virgina that displays "Extended Network" but is charged roaming?  That's
a big deal for someone who chose Verizon specifically so it would work
LG VX4400 Question17 Sep 2003 20:08 GMT6
Just purchased the above phone and its cute and all and its a pretty easy
phone to learn but I have one crazy question. How do I get the "Banner" to
read my input rather the "Verizon Wireless" which is showing as the default
banner and I cannot get rid of it no matter what I try and ...
Verizon Screws me out of a rebate17 Sep 2003 15:47 GMT7
I am mailing AND faxing this full page contempory letter (contents below) to
verizon and the president tomorrow. I'm being screwed out of the $50 rebate.
I am not happy and would say that verizon has stopped working for me. I am
not happy with verizon. On top of that my account was ...
LG VX4400 vs. Motorola T73017 Sep 2003 11:14 GMT8
It's time for me to upgrade my phone (two years now), and I can't decide
between the LG VX4400 or the Motorola T730.   I like the VX4400, but my past
experience with my current LG TM510 is that it has poor to no reception in a
lot of areas where other people are using their cell ...

Upset with Verizon17 Sep 2003 04:17 GMT20
I don't normally get upset when calling Verizon, but this time they made
me mad.  I called to get my roaming charges credited for my calls from
the UP.  And he's like - if you look at the map you'll see that
Marquette isn't in the red area.  I told him that my phone said
vx-4400 vs vx6000 ?'s 17 Sep 2003 00:44 GMT5
For anyone out there that has had both these phones or at least used them.
Besides the 6000 having the camera. Does it get a better signal? Does it
have the missed call reminder?  Curious because my 15 day equipment period
ends on weds. My 4400 drops calls in and outside of my house ...
T730, I'm not sure I like it.16 Sep 2003 23:26 GMT11
I joined Verizon after dropping AT&T last week and got the new Motorola T730
but I'm not sure I like it. My top gripes are:
1. The battery does not last long at all (it's only 750mah to begin with),
especially if the color display is on a lot such as when you are changing
"1X"  Versus "D" Mode16 Sep 2003 18:54 GMT4
My LG4400 phone displays "1X" Rather than Digital Mode? I understand that
both "1X" and "D" are digital modes of transmission. What is the advantage
of "1X" mode for voice communication?

mobile web login16 Sep 2003 12:43 GMT5
Does anyone know a way not to have to enter your email address and
password everytime you want to access a bookmarked site?
I can't believe they want you to enter all those characters on a phone
key pad while you are being charged airtime, oh wait, I get it!
New PDA Phones16 Sep 2003 10:53 GMT11
I'm up for my New Every Two and I am thinking about getting a PDA phone.
I still love and use my 9500 so of course I need something just as good as
that.  I also need a tri-mode as analog seems to be popular when I travel.
I am clueless about PDAs to start with as a hint.
