My phone just rang and the display read 000-000-0000. I've never seen this before. When I answered, the caller or call disconnected. No one called back. Has anyone ever experienced this?

I upgraded to a VX6000 Verizon phone a few days ago. The problem I've run into is in sending pix to an email addess. I do the send, the transmisssion completes, but then the phone displays the message, "service not activated on network".
