My phone just rang and the display read 000-000-0000. I've never seen

I upgraded to a VX6000 Verizon phone a few days ago.
The problem I've run into is in sending pix to an email addess.
I do the send, the transmisssion completes, but then the phone
displays the message,  "service not activated on network".
