My gf purchased a phone off of ebay and she will need to change over the esn
from her old to the new phone. I seen that you can do this online. My
question is by doing that and the *228, does that put the actual cell phone
# in the phone or will i have to call CS to get them to walk ...

I normally see my bill by the 24th of the month, but I still haven't

I just got a VX4400 last week.  I'm on National Single Rate.  I was in
Texas today, driving from Abilene to Odessa on Interstate 20.  I
expected good coverage, but got several dropped calls and dropped from
digital to AMPS several times.  My phone was showing SID 529, which it

I just got my PTT phone and the connection take about 5 seconds and the
delay is 3 or 4 seconds. Not bad at all. The mgmt staff at my offic
uses Nextel and, while this isn't nearly as 'instantaneous' as Nextel,
as many have stated, they have to carry 2 phones. Hopefully VZW will

I bought the USB cable, downloaded the driver and the installer from the
website.  I don't know what I am doing wrong, but I can't get the driver
loaded or my phone recognized.  I just want to use the cable to get online.
I don't care about "sync-ing" Outlook.  Can anyone give me ...

I got the LG VX6000 and its a very nice phone but in places I was receiving
great service the first todays I am hardly receiving service now. In my own
home I am receiving maybe one bar (out of 5) of service). I already tried
dialing *228 but that doesn't help any.

I have a 3-year-old plan for the local Kansas City area (913/816). When I
signed up for the plan, I asked for a number that would be a local call for
people from a nearby town (Lawrence) with a 785 area code (but still well
