I just recently switched from SPCS to Verizon and I'm just little confused about Get Browsing ($5.00/month). When I asked about it at the store they told me that it is not as fast as express network it is old web not 1x. I subscribed for GetB and I get DAMN fast speed a lot faster

a lot of people are talking abt portability .. but everything I have read shows verizon is only major carrier preparing for instead of fighting it ... all the other carriers are plotting to impose special fees and other hurdles to a customer taking their number with them .. I

I have a Kyocera 3035 that sometimes shuts down and restarts. I took it to the Verizon (authorized factory store) store and they replaced it for free. This is the second time. I got the phone in July 2002 and it was replaced in May or June for free. No questions asked.

My VX6000's PRL is not being updated for some odd reason. On my previous VX6000 I had the 50085 PRL but this phone (the third vx6000 I have owned) is on PRL 42014. I have already tried *228 option #1 & #2.
