I have a Nokia 3589i and Nokia DKU-5 Cable and Nokias software and drivers. Installed as a type 2. and get error 691 access denied because of bad user id and password I am dialing #777 and using qnc as both userid and password.

I am a free up customer and I had noticed a problem with my billing in my night-time rate. I live in a part of the country that does *not* move its clocks back and forth -- northern Indiana -- so, hence, I was on Central time up until this past Sunday, and am now on Eastern time

My 4400 freezes up completely after a *228, 2 PRL update. It passes through the "Download OK", then "Commit OK, Programming Successsful" screens, then, finally it says "Please Wait! Phone is resetting" and hangs. The backlight remains solid on, and it's unresponse to any buttons.
