My parents have the NSR plan with a Moto v60i and the PRL will not update by doing *228. We are in Wisconsin and they just added all that digital coverage so it would be nice to update the PRL so they could get digital up there instead of analog. There are a couple of problems. ...

My VZW bill landed in my mailbox today. I see a lot of entries for "Delayed Airtime Usage" and "Delayed Billable Airtime." Most of these calls were from July, but some go back as far as late June. It adds up to nearly 50 minutes of usage, but there was only a charge for one call... ...

I want to put an external antenna on my car for my v60i. I don't care if it is magnet mount on the roof or trunk, or glass mount. Can anyone give me some advice on what to get? Also - how does the external antenna hook in to the phone? Thanks.
