| Very Happy with Verizon | 06 Oct 2003 19:53 GMT | 7 |
I just signed up with the Free Up Prepay program yesterday and wanted to post how happy I am with it. The coverage in my area (northern Indiana) is outstanding -- especially inside buildings --, and my experiences with their customer service have been very good.

| Verizon switching billing method | 06 Oct 2003 18:04 GMT | 3 |
I wonder if this has happened to anyone else. Twice now Verizon has changed my billing method from direct charge to my credit card to online payment. They also change to not sending paper bills. Shortly after they make the change they then send over due notices.

Just as an FYI to everyone who's considering this - I tried out a magnet mount/holder in the car to hold the phone and it looks like the magnet will, at random intervals, black out the display and key lights and make the keys completely unresponsive as well. Once I physically remove ...
