I am considering getting a Verizon Wireless prepaid phone and I had some

I have Single Rate Great Lakes. In the last round of PRL updates, I got
50094. After seeing the notices here of a new PRL, I just did a *228, which

new $5.00 service charge... Called customer service and was told that
detail billing is no longer free... I was then told they would reverse
the charge and code my account back to free detail billing... Just that
