Here's some info on a VZW Cell tower collapse in Oswego County, NY. On
the first site you can see pics of the tower on the ground and of an
Oswego Fire Chief car that it crushed. I'm guessing somebody screwed
up when they were doing wind loading calc's.

Does anyone know if there are CDMA cellular providers in
the London area, or is there only GSM?

I hve done the *228  update but I read that there is another update that the
Verizon service departments can do to make sure the phone is up to date.

i was once told the command that connects you to the nearest cell
tower by a verizon tech guy when i was on the phone one day. I had it
stored in my phone in a speed dial, but when it broke, i lost the
number. Would anyone happen to know this command so that i can stop

As I am in the process of upgrading to a new phone this week, and VZW won't
let me renew on my current plan, I have to select a new plan. For the $80
