I have lost the number I had to reach someone at Verizon who knew how to problem solve using the cell phone as a modem. Can anyone give me the number? I don't want to go through hours on hold talking to employees who don't have a clue. Thanks!

If I was going to sell my phone on eBay (and purchase another with New Every Two), is there anything I have to do before someone else can use my phone? I'm assuming that the purchaser would have to do an online-ESN change or something, but is there anything I have to do?
