| Call forward to home phone | 12 Jan 2004 03:27 GMT | 2 |
I heard that Cingular has a new feature where you can put your cell phone in a special cradle at home and incoming cell calls are call forwarded to your home phone. You talk on the landline- any extension in your house- without using any cell minutes.

| Kyocera 7135 | 11 Jan 2004 20:28 GMT | 2 |
I called my local Verizon store and asked if they had a new battery for my phone (7135). I specifically asked for a newly designed battery, since I understood that the phone was off their website until a new battery was available. The sales rep said that the phones where off the ...

Can someone tell me if the "Quick Net" facility is available on Free-Up phones. I do not mean the technical/cable issues..... just if Verizon allows use of QNC when the phone is billed as Free-Up. Thanks

| my take on vx6000 | 11 Jan 2004 08:43 GMT | 8 |
I have been using cell phones since 1992. I have lived in areas around the east coast since then. Due to my many moves I have had to go with many different cell companies (before all merged into only 4 main companies). The vx6000 is the best phone I have ever owned. The only ...

| V60 or LG 4400 | 10 Jan 2004 16:52 GMT | 17 |
I currently have AT&T and plan on switching to Verizon this week. I currently use a V60 (about two years old) and I am not happy with the reception or the earpiece volume. I think most of the problem with the recption is ATT and not the phone,

| 1000 National vs. Unlimited Share-plan M2M | 10 Jan 2004 08:59 GMT | 8 |
I just called CS for an unrelated reason and found out that although I thought I had the 1000 National Mobile to Mobile *and* the unlimited M2M between the two phones on my account, I only had the 1000 national minutes. Apparently I can't get both.

| Switch to Verizon? Los Angeles Coverage... | 10 Jan 2004 08:30 GMT | 5 |
Currently using AT&T (for 11 years) but have seen a REMARKABLE drop in customer service (oxymoron when dealing with AT&T) and find the new GSM phone to be intolerable. Repeated calls to Customer Service results in a big fat "NOTHING". I've filed a BBB complaint (what the heck) but ...
