I upgraded to a new VX6000 to replace an old Nokia 6185 last week. I noticed that it never displays the "D" digital service icon my 6000 screen. Only "1x" is displayed. My old Nokia always displayed the "D" icon so I am assuming the 6000 should also.

I live 30 miles outside NYC and am ready to go over to Verizion. What I am wondering about is the phone. I have read some input for both models of LG phones and not sure which way to go. Also, would you recommend a different manufacturer.

I bought a vx6000 about a week ago and when I change the white balance to darkness the phone locks up. anyone else have this problem? thanks

Periodically, at night, I will hear my LG VX6000 reboot all by itself. Sometimes it is in the charge cradle, sometimes it isn't. This is happened about 3 times in the past month. The battery is never low when this happens.
