Are you able to share a valid e-mail address for Verizon Wireless, other than customer.service@verizonwireless.com, to send information regarding VZW billing? I have a copy of my receipt as an HTML file that I need to forward to

| PRL Functionality question | 12 Feb 2004 05:45 GMT | 6 |
I don't see any negatives in any of the prl's for VZW. If that's the case, will we be able to hit SprintPCS or any other PCS freq/carrier or does it have to be actually listed for the phone to look for it?

My wife and I got matching 4400B phones from Verizon in the middle of December to replace some old StarTacs. In the past 30 days, my wife's phone has died twice and had to be entirely replaced twice. It looks and acts normally until you try to

| Crappy Ft Laud. coverage | 12 Feb 2004 03:23 GMT | 13 |
Just got back from Ft Lauderdale this evening. I made dozens of calls from different locations between Ft Laud, Pompano, and Margate. Couldn't believe how many calls dropped, like half of them. Missed syllables of words made many calls very un-enjoyable.

| Mobile Web info | 11 Feb 2004 18:55 GMT | 4 |

I have ENMOU on my Verizon account and have my iPaq configured to connect to my LG4400 with a 'supplynet' cable. I can check my email just fine and surf the web but I cannot reply or send email. "Mail administrator" says I have an invalid email address or recipient. Of course the ...

| v60s 1XRTT? | 11 Feb 2004 07:02 GMT | 2 |
The v60s phone is back on the NY area web site for $49, but it does not say it is capable of National Access and does not mention 1XRTT. Almost every other new phone on the VZW web site is NA with 1XRTT, and the v60p is as well.

| Verizon Letter - switch v60p for v60s? | 11 Feb 2004 06:01 GMT | 29 |
I got a letter from VZW today suggesting that I switch out my v60p (purchased aug 2003) for the v60s since I am not on their push to talk service. They claim I will receive better battery life. The only benefit to me beyond this is they are giving me a $50.00 credit. I'm not ...

I have spoken to a representative at Verizon Wireless that confirmed that the removal of USCC and RCC in upper Maine from the latest PRL was not an accident and that this will no longer be included in America's Choice and will be considered Roaming. This is really
