| Audiovox CDM-8900 talk time sucks! | 08 Feb 2004 02:39 GMT | 8 |
I purchased my Audiovox CDM 8900 just 2 weeks ago and it already has gone thru a 3rd battery charge. I am only getting about 1 to 1.5 hrs talk time from the battery all from local calls--no roaming or analog calls nor have I even used the camera features. However the spec says

| Phone selection... | 08 Feb 2004 02:24 GMT | 2 |
Yes, yes you freaks I'm bitching about the terrible phone selection Verizon Wireless has. Once again I take a look at the selection it's not much different then about 1 year ago. Termination fees have been paid and I'll soon be happy with a much broader selection of wireless phones. ...

| LG 4500 review, LG-4500 Verizon Wireless Phone impressions 1/30/2004 | 07 Feb 2004 20:56 GMT | 9 |
This is my first LG phone. I like it even though it will take getting used to a clamshell. I find the book that comes with it (rather large), not very informative. I have not looked at the CD yet. Of course you need to buy an Car adapter separately. With that they

| Audiovox 9500 vs LG VX-4400 (Insurance replacement) | 07 Feb 2004 18:31 GMT | 17 |
So an Audiovox 9500 gets a trip through wash machine purgatory (thanks to valient efforts of zealous offspring). Since Audiovox 9500 isn't available from Verizon anymore, the insurance replaces it with an LG VX 4400, saying it is a comparible model.

| Verizon National Plan Virginia coverage | 07 Feb 2004 15:15 GMT | 8 |
I have a question. I am currently on Cingular in Northern VA and am about to drop them because I just don't get the coverage for Southern VA. I live in Herndon, VA and the GSM here is OK, but when I travel, once per month, south of Charlottesville( Lynchburg to Danville(my

| Nokia 3589i: How good is the PC software? | 06 Feb 2004 19:11 GMT | 8 |
How well does the PC Sync software work with the 3589i? Have been looking at new phones. The VX4500 looks interesting, but I really like the idea of the included PC software if it works for a change.

| v60s - is reception as good as v60i? | 06 Feb 2004 03:45 GMT | 7 |
I have (had) a v60i and like it a lot. No problems except I dropped it once too often. I always made and received calls very clearly with this phone. Now I see that Verizon is offering a v60s. Saw it in the store today; speakerphone not very important to me (but OK), but - is
