The phone says I dialed a number for 21 minutes @ 6:30pm . I never
dialed this call because I was in a movie and I have a flip.
DTMF Tones Stop Being Sent After ~2 mins03 Feb 2004 18:22 GMT4
When placing calls to a destination that requires DTMF interaction,
for example checking voicemail, it appears the network stops
sending/forwarding the DTMF tones when I push buttons on my phone.  I
will have just recorded a longer message and want to press the #

I have now gone through 2 Samsung i600s and realize that this
DumbPhone is about as bad as it gets (no backup software other than

ESN Switches and New Phone03 Feb 2004 04:12 GMT6
   I currently have a Samsung i700.  It's a great phone and I love it,
however there are instances where it is not practical for me to bring such a
large device with me.  I was planning on purchasing a LG VX6000 without a
plan from a dealer over the web and using VZW.com to ESN ...

Does updating your PRL change anything while you're in your home market-- or
just when you're away?

Granted, I have not had a voice mail message since JAN 1 when a friend left a

How to display PRL02 Feb 2004 13:56 GMT6
Just a dumb question. How do you know what PRL your phone is using. My phone
is a 2 year old Kyocera 2235. I've not seen anything in the menus to display
the PRL.
TIA
Samsung SPH-I700 and Pocket PC 2003 question02 Feb 2004 12:38 GMT2
I have recently switched from the Kyocer 7135 to the Samsung SPH-I700 phone.
Considering it is Microsoft software I still love it.  I was wondering if
anyone heard about that phone being upgraded to Pocket PC 2003.  You can not
contact Samsung to get an answer and verizon does not ...

RPIwireless cable POWERS LG phones?02 Feb 2004 07:49 GMT7
Does the RPI Wireless "USB/charging" cable
actually power the LG (4400 or 6000) and not
use up the battery charge when I'm using an
LG as a wireless modem?
