I only tested it on LG VX6000 and Audiovox CDM 8900 phones. But it should work on other phones as well. Here's a link: http://www.myPhoneFiles.com/software, you can also download ringtones, pictures, and voicetones straight to Verizon phones. Let me know what

OK, it appears those of us who have V60p phones celebrated too soon when we finally were able to update from the non-ERI PRL 50112 to the ERI-enabled PRL 50128 yesterday. Now we learn that the new PRL has errors in it that are causing some phones to hang up on analog

| Why are local plans and national plans so similar | 01 Feb 2004 22:17 GMT | 3 |
Question. Does anyone know why local plans and national plans cost the same. On Verizon one can have 400 minutes on the local plan and 400 on the national plan. AT&T gives a person 550 minutes/national for $39.99 and only 50 minutes more on local for the same price. There are

| Blocking Call-Waiting on a Per Call Basis | 01 Feb 2004 22:06 GMT | 21 |
I've been trying to block call-waiting on a per call basis on my VZW phone. I found an earlier post on this newsgroup but that method didn't work. CSR told me this cannot be done-- call-waiting can only be blocked permanently. Is this true?

I was watching this thing on America's Most Wanted about Nextel phones interfering with 800 MHz public safety communications because the bands overlap. Any idea how they expect to change this with so many people that already have phones for the Nextel band? I think they wanted to ...
