I use my 3589i as a data modem (with the DKU-5 cable) with my Windows
XP laptop.  I usually use Verizon's 3G network, but as a test I have
connected using the data/fax modem driver to my ISP and that works
fine.

What are some of the phones with good camera features?  One that can
