I remember having "ok" service with Verizon, but when I asked for some more minutes without paying a whole load of money I was laughed at. Lots of people laughed at me here because I didn't think I got what I was paying for. Well, I am so very happy I am not a Verizon wireless ...

Background: Wife switched from Cingular to Verizon about 4 weeks ago. At which time we had land lines in house / business so she was not using her Cell to make or receive calls, unless she was out and about town or on the road.
