How come no one at Verizon seems to know what Enhanced Text Messaging is?  I went to Vtext.com and
looked at their FAQ section.  About half way down there is something on Enhanced text messaging.
When I fill out the question form on "Contact Us" or call verizon Customer service no ...

Re: IVA Formation of an Independent VZW Agents group on Yahoo: Are you invited?24 May 2004 14:15 GMT1
The pattern of questions seems the same, so we'll share the response here.
Why an IVA? Communication and sharing of information among your peers.  No
motive other then helping each other be successful and avoid any pitfalls
another might have discovered.
Data connection in Canada24 May 2004 13:10 GMT7
On a recent train trip across most of Canada (Vancouver to Montreal), I
tried both the voice side and the data side of my phone (VX4400B with
North America's Choice plan).
The voice side worked in all the major cities and a number of smaller
Camera phone to PC?24 May 2004 11:53 GMT13
The official Verizon line is that all photos in the camera phones have
to be sent via over the air e-mail to get to ones PC.  Obviously
people are going to find a way around this.  I want to get a camera
phone, just for the gadgetness of it.  But 95% of my time is spent in

LG VX4500 Voice Dial?23 May 2004 22:20 GMT4
The LG VX4500 manual states that when you are adding numbers you can
save the entry as a Speed Dial option or Voice Dial option. The Voice
Dial option is not shown as it was on my vx4400. I was under the
impression that each individual phone number could be made a voice dial

phone number listings and Verizon23 May 2004 03:33 GMT3
Yesterday's Financial Times had an interesting article on a plan to
compile a listing of all domestic cell phone numbers.  Apparently this
directory is expected to be available "early next year".  The
following paragraph gave me a bit of start:
Alternatives to Startac 7868w?23 May 2004 01:04 GMT23
I need a phone that has good RF performance, especially in locations
that have a weak signal from Verizon.
I have resigned myself to buying an old Startac 7868w from eBay,
because the new phones all suck.
