How come no one at Verizon seems to know what Enhanced Text Messaging is?  I went to Vtext.com and
looked at their FAQ section.  About half way down there is something on Enhanced text messaging.
When I fill out the question form on "Contact Us" or call verizon Customer service no ...

I understand the manual is terrible. Is there any other source to learn
how to bets use this phone, address book, program speed dial numbers,
etc?

If you buy a phone on ebay, and it craps out. How do you get service?

Have set up AOL Instant Messenger on my Verizon Wireless cell phone
some time ago which works.  Problem is recently by mistake, I
activated Mobile IM forwarding which I do not want and cannot find a

directory is expected to be available "early next year".  The
