I just got the MOK for LG 4600. The problem is that I can't get my
computer to recognize the phone... I tried installing the drivers that
came with the CD but no luck. There are no specific drivers for LG
4600 though there are drivers for 4400 and 4600 along with a section

I've tried checking Verizon's site and Google, but couldn't find an
explanation of the various sybols on the LG3100 main screen.  Any
pointers appreciated.  Secondly, how do I find the software version?

I have a VX 4400 which was swapped out by VZ when they were busy
insisting it was my phone rather than their network that was having
trouble.  Turned out it was their network but my own phone was long
gone...

Where can I buy a straight-usb cable (not a usb-serial cable with an
inline Prolific converter) for the VX4400 that will charge the phone

My V120e even though had a bigger battery lasted much, much longer than the
V60s battery.  The V60s battery I believe is 700mAh.

I am considering the Familyshare plan with 2 phones (with a total of 400
minutes.)  If I sign a 2 year contract and want to change to 2 separate
America's Choice contracts (400 minutes each) will VZW consider this a

The Financial Times had an article today on what is believed to be the
first worm to infect cellphones (proof-of-concept only, not running in
the wild).  It's specific to Bluetooth-capable phones running the
Symbian os (Nokia, Siemans and Panasonic, at least).  So I guess

We have a ->really antique local-only plan which has us roaming
almost everywhere (it's cheap; 2 phones and 100 shared minutes for
$30/month). That's never been a problem because the cost of most
calls made when we're out of town are reimbursed.

My V120c's battery is starting to show signs of old age and not
holding a charge as long as it used to. The battery and phone are 19
months old. This is a FreeUp system which gets relatively little use
and has worked fine for this period of time.

I'm in NY (westchester), and I'm looking to purchase an LG VX4500.  Is

Have any of you had problems using the 2.5 jack on the phone, I have 1
headset that worked but then stopped. My xbox live headset works great
but is too big to wear in public :)

My girlfriend is still waiting for a decent phone to come out. She may just
switch to AT&T wireless...since all the new current phones are being made
for them anyway. My god...Verizon doesn't even have one bluetooth wireless
