| Who do you complain to? | 15 Jun 2004 14:40 GMT | 24 |

My buddy at work has a Kyocera (not a flip phone) that he took to the local store today asking about replacing an eight month old battery due to the battery not holding a charge. The technical guy immediately accused my buddy of dropping the phone then stated the battery had

| Problems with text messaging to UK | 14 Jun 2004 21:24 GMT | 5 |
I have been a customer with Verizon for 5 months now. One of the main reasons I got the phone was to use text messaging to the UK to my sister and brother-in-law. They are both Vodafone customers (a Verizon partner company with which Verizon has text messaging capability).
