Changing my phone?26 Jul 2004 03:58 GMT7
I have a 2 year contract with VZW.  I have a KX414 right now, but want
to get a different phone.  Is it possible to buy a phone from eBay or
the like, and use it on my account in place of the KX414?
"A or B" side?26 Jul 2004 02:12 GMT45
Is Verizon the "a" or "b"carrier?  I'm in the NYC area if location matters.
With my LG4500 not having analog, will I be able to get another carrier on
"the other side" (whether it be the a or b side)?  Just wondering.

V60s Sound Issue25 Jul 2004 22:43 GMT7
Just got a VZW V60s .  Speakerphone is excellent.  Have an issue when
using the phone normally (speakerphone off):  Incoming sound quality
is great but there is a slight background hiss which stops when the
person stops talking.  Also, if I talk while the other person is
current best reception phone - recommendations, please25 Jul 2004 21:34 GMT4
Currently have V60i, but hinge is starting to break after being
dropped too often.  This phone has the best reception of all the
phones in my family (wife has VX4400, kids have VX6000 and VX3200, and
to me, V60i is better by a wide margin.  None of these newer phones

This guy I know at work, his name is Mark, is not so bright.
Like me, he is a single guy dating, but he has no cell phone, no little
black book and he wants to always go out with me to meet women, yet I can
get my own dates on my own, thank you.
suggestions for someone needing 3 phones25 Jul 2004 14:27 GMT2
I'm considering what carrier to go with.  Does anyone know what incentives
there would be if I need three phones?  Is there a family deal?
Thanks
Mobitv24 Jul 2004 20:14 GMT1
I saw an ad today for Sprint's MobiTV service that lets you watch live TV on
the cell phone.  The cost is about $10 a month, but they knock off $5-10
depending on the type of plan you have.  It's not the best in the world
looking at their demo anyway, but pretty cool to pass the ...

Treo 600 vs Kyocera 713524 Jul 2004 17:58 GMT4
I plan on getting one of these soon.  They both have advantages and
disadvantages from my examination.  It would be nice to hear from someone
who has had the opportunity to use both if possible on your real world
impressions.  How are they for call clarity, sensitivity, ring volume? ...

Need programming infor for an Oki UM9057...24 Jul 2004 07:08 GMT1
A friend bought a used Lexus with an Oki UM9057 installed. The dealership
and local store weren't much help in programming for him. I did a Google
search with no luck. Is there a sight that would have info on programming
this phone. The tech group looked kinda dead and filled w/ ...
Verizon Pre-pay24 Jul 2004 05:42 GMT7
I am getting second opinions here, as I got information from a verizon sales
clerk but couldnt get info from VZW's tech help.  He said any digital phone

port my sprint number to the pre-pay network.  This ...
