Our family of five has never owned a cell phone. Now with a daughter away at college in western NY (we live on Long Island), we're looking at the various plans offered by Verizon. We will probably go with two phones (one for our daughter and one for the rest of us to share).

I remember that I used to be able to get on Sprint PCS 1900 MHz signal last year. However, as I am trying today, it is no longer possible. I forced LG 4400 into PCS mode in Houston TX, and it always displayed "Searching for Service". While watching the field test screen, I noticed a ...

After being away for a few days, I went on line tonight to check out the recent changes I had made to my Verizon account (I just added a second line to an AC plan). Sadly, I found that I supposedly now had three numbers (lines), according to Verizon. Not so.
