Call Forwarding ERROR--Voice Mail Not Activated!!??07 Aug 2004 03:21 GMT1

calls from my cell phone to my home at night, so I don't have to carry the

LG 4400: Can't Update PRL Over Several Days05 Aug 2004 21:41 GMT2
I've tried about 5 times in the past 3 days to update my PRL (50160)
to the newer one (50183?), and the phone will not do it.
It plays the music for about 5 seconds, then says, "I'm sorry, we
cannot update...".  Is this a known problem, and is there any way to
Verizon Cares, alot!05 Aug 2004 11:38 GMT32
A customer 6 months into a 2 yr contract was "given" a new A670 for "free"
because they "might" have been treated badly.  Verizon tries to do the right
thing; your mileage may vary.  the dr.

In Northern California, did a *22890 today, now on PRL 42067. One

said Verizon before...
Call detail report woes05 Aug 2004 04:16 GMT4
I recently asked Verizon to send me a call detail report for wireless calls
we made/received last billing cycle.  The information was not available on

Verizon couldn't provide me one because I have an ...

Headset for Audiovox CDM890004 Aug 2004 13:00 GMT1
I am looking for a headset (behind the ear or ear bud) that has an in-line
button so I can answer and end calls without opening the flip. This would be
really helpful when zipping through an airport.
Thanks, Scott
Echo Problems04 Aug 2004 12:29 GMT7
Does it actually do any good to report an echo problem to customer service?
I receive an echo about 60% of the time when close to my home, sometimes
it's so bad I can't even have a conversation - other times it's just
annoying.
