I'm currently on the Western States Single Rate Plan.  I get 500 anytime
minutes and 3000 night and weekend minutes for $55 a month.  Evening
rates start at 8 PM and end at 6 AM.  There are no roaming charges

I just recently switched from the Tracfone digital to a Verizon LG
VX3200 Pay As You Go phone.  Since I don't talk on the phone much (no
more than say 15-20 minutes a month this phone is good for me.
However when I am on vacation I tend to talk a lot more.

I received a voicemail yesterday stating my voicemail would be inop
this Saturday from 6am to 7pm for voicemail upgrades.  Anyone know
what's being done to the system from the user's perspective?

    FYI Since last night prepay phones in the Raleigh market are having
difficulties receiving or placing calls, especially receiving. There are
several different error messages some of which try to ask you (the
caller!) for a calling card number! They were supposed to have it fixed ...

an upload and download of 9.6 kb/s.  However,
when I run a speed test on internet it comes out
