anyone else have this problem ? i have to bend the charging cord at the phone to get it to charge. must be the phone connector. i took the phone apart but can get in the connector.

I just purchased the unlimited plan for my Treo600. Can someone tell me in non-Verizonese language what this includes? Does it include SMS messages? Do my SMS messages take airtime? I was under the impression this included internet, e-mail and messages.

Any idea why verizon doesn't show the phone number that called you on your bill??? All it shows is my cell number and a note saying incoming??

how do i view the lifetime phone usage counter on the lg vx 6000? -- is there a way for verizon to clear this to ZERO....so i would not know it is a reconditioned phone for instance? thanks

Just noticed that the VZW website no longer lists National Single Rate plans. My local retail store said they are still able to activate new users on SRN, but rumors are out that it will soon be completely gone. Anyone have better sources?

I'm in a home with limited coverage on the first floor. My old phone had an extendable antenna and gave me double the bars my newer phone had. Of course, I like the newer features on my current stub and have made things work by using the second floor for calls.

Anyone have the problem of a red blinking light on the desktop charger for the LG VX4400 phone from Verizon? I tried to re-seat the charger a few times with no luck. Phone indicates it is charging, but is not; actually seems to discharge the battery...Any help appreciated.

just wondering if y'all have anything to say/suggest about the LG VX6100 (looked at phonescoop, but there were only two reviews of the 6100) or CDM9900? i am leaning towards these two, unless you can reocommend a better choice?
