Any way to make the status light on the 6100 flash like the 6000 light?  I
have look through the complete menu and have found nothing so far.

The other day a firend's phone had a ring thta sounded just like those
old fashioned rotary dial types.  I'd love to have that for my brand
new Motorola V60, but all I see at vtext.com are a bunch of songs. I'm
not interested in music for a ringtone.

I'm curious, can the same antenna transmit TDMA and CDMA, or would you have
to have two different antennas on the same tower to do this? And along
those lines, do TDMA and CDMA antennas look different?

Picked up a 6100 under NE2 last Thursday and have noticed that the
signal indicator fluctuates quite a bit (esp. compared to the old V60).
It will usually stay from 3 - 5 but sometimes it will go from 5 down to
1 and then back up to 4 or 5 bars. It never seems to lose service or ...

Just got a pair of VX6100 phones.  Is there any way to set the phone not
to roam or to at least provide a stern warning before doing anything

I have this system, and have connected to both NationalAccess and Q2N.

and SMS listings with Outlook Express (or something similar) loaded on my
