I've been trying ever since I got my VX 6100 a couple weeks ago to get the
firmware updated.  I've tried stores in the Nashville area and 50 miles away
from there but, none of them are able to do it.  They say that they've
submitted a ticket with Verizon but, even though a ticket ...
VX6100 - What is "driving mode"?31 Jan 2005 16:25 GMT9
Subject says it all.  Phone has a feature called "driving mode" but I
can't find it explained in any detail in any of the documentation that
came with the phone except that's it for hands-free operation.  What
does this do exactly?
Antenna on LG320031 Jan 2005 02:17 GMT5
Newbie questions.

Cingular/ATT Coverage.30 Jan 2005 22:49 GMT21
Since the Cingular/ATT coverage map has improved significantly and given the
Bluetooth debacle with Verizon, has anyone else considered switching to
Cingular/ATT?
Internet Connection Sharting in EVDO30 Jan 2005 22:37 GMT1
I can't seem to get ICS working with my PC5220 card. It works fine with
1xRTT but doesn't with EVDO. Has it been disabled somehow? If so, are
there any work arounds? Thanks.

changing plans before contract ends30 Jan 2005 06:56 GMT4
I know the question has been asked, but I searched and never found the
answer to this:
Can I change my Local Plan to a National Plan without extending my contract
2 years? The Verizon website "promises" that you can do that, unless it is a

Programming Samsung SCH-a650 via computer?29 Jan 2005 13:46 GMT9
I have just entered the world of digital cell phones with a Verizon
Samsung SCH-a650.  I had been under the impression that I would be
able to program it (especially the phonebook)  via a computer cable,
but can find no reference to this.

Can anyone tell me why this is so?  And is there a way to fix this?

more messages on your voicemail before you run out of ...
