cell phone numbers added to the federal Do Not Call List?

fit the bill? (Looks like it is Verizon's cheapest.)

Free Web Access08 Jan 2005 13:16 GMT2
Are there any plans for Verizon to offer free web access using the web
browser in the phone? Currently, web access is charges against the minutes
in your plan. Sprint has been providing unlimited web access for a very low
monthly cost. Why doesn't Verizon provide this service?

Making Mobile Web useful07 Jan 2005 14:00 GMT1
I followed the directions for setting up web access via a public proxy.

is a personal page with a bunch of links to things like: news, movie
listings, dictionary.com, imdb, etc.
