| Can I make phone calls with just a Verizon data plan? | 29 Jan 2005 00:59 GMT | 8 |
I'm considering a Verizon data plan ($80/month for unlimited MB). Reading the brochure, it lists a 25 cents/minute rate for "Other Data Services (e.g. Quick 2 Net, dial up connections)" I like the Audiovox 6600 and would like to use that as a wireless modem

Is it possible to answer calls without opening the phone? In the car I use a headset and can place calls with the phone closed, but I can't figure out if there's a way to answer them without flipping it open.

I signed a new contract on December 30. Previously, I had America's Choice 400 minutes/monthon month-to-month because my old contract expired a while ago. The new contract is also America's Choice, also 400 minutes/month.

| Playing MP3's/Camera Problems - Motorola v710 | 27 Jan 2005 17:53 GMT | 4 |
I recently read a review/comment from a guy on PhoneScoop where he said that the biggest problem with the v710 is not the phone itself, but the users who won't take the time to learn how to use it. For the record... I could not agree more, but must add: "whiners don't read the

| Digital Only Phone? | 27 Jan 2005 16:49 GMT | 6 |
Thinking about replacing my 4400 with a picture phone. The choices today seem to be either a 6100 or a 7000. Don't think the 8000 provides any major improvement over the 7000, and in any case it isn't available just yet. The 6100 is nice for it's analog support, but I've read a ...

Because I have w-a-y too much time on my hands, I have made numerous calls/sent an email to CS re. my proration this month (as well as my prorated retention minutes). Each time (probably 6) I have been given different "exact" totals for the 2nd part of my billing period which ...
