LG6000 Problems27 Jan 2005 05:23 GMT10
Has anyone had problems with the LG6000 phone. I have swapped mine twice,
Sometimes it will just cut off.
After I swapped it the last time this one doesn't seem to get as good of
coverage or signal as the one before?  (And yes I updated it through *228)
Mobile Office Kit for VX 610027 Jan 2005 00:02 GMT2
If I want to get some pics of my kid off my computer to put in my phone,
simply for my own enjoyment (or even to use as wallpaper), do I only need
this kit?  Also, if I wanted to download a ringer, could I do it somehow
free with this kit?  Does any of this take away from monthly ...
Changing Plans Midstream26 Jan 2005 18:53 GMT18
I recently saw the America's Choice plan now with the $39.95 option
giving 450 minutes. When I signed on with Verizon a year ago, I paid that
amount for only 300 minutes. I wrote and they said I could change now, in
the middle of my plan to get, at no extra charge, the additional ...
What is the difference...26 Jan 2005 04:37 GMT1
I'm shopping for Motorola BlueTooth Headsets and have not been able
to figure out exactly what the differences are in the HS805, HS810, HS820,
and HS850.
Anybody know, or can point me in the direction of a comparison?
Changes in Free Long Distance?26 Jan 2005 02:39 GMT9
One more thing I noticed on the bill - some calls were billed long distance
charges, beginning on the night of 1/14. Is that just an artifact of my
billing changes (made the afternoon of the 15th) or a change in policy?
Phone #1 - it's used mostly in NC (has a TN number). Calls ...

anyone in Austin has an EVDO card I can try out?26 Jan 2005 00:40 GMT3
I'm looking to try out an EVDO card (Audiovox 5220 or the new one they
are selling) before I buy it. Also, I need to see if/how my computer
recognizes it.
Can you help?! Please email me back if you are in Austin and have a
!For Jennifer Usher25 Jan 2005 17:16 GMT1
Hon, you really need to listen to Michelle Steiner.  He really knows
what he is talking about.
As a junior autogynephile, you need to understand what Michelle is
trying to tell you.  He is the senior autogynephile and you need to
Default phone # on 8900?25 Jan 2005 14:39 GMT2
On an Verizon Audiovox 8900 does anyone know if it's possible to make
a phone number in any given entry the default?
E.g., I have several entries where I have stored the mobile, home and
office phone numbers. I don't want to always call the mobile number
Billing on the new FS...25 Jan 2005 14:27 GMT4
I checked online to see how badly VZW screwed up my bill after all the
problems earlier this month, and surprizingly, it's not bad. They billed me
for 2 days on the wrong plan for the phone i added in PA ($2.50 total, not
worth my time to get it credited except the CSR is ...
Kyocera 7135 & GPS25 Jan 2005 05:14 GMT11
So I have this nice Kyocera 7135, and I need a GPS. Would sure be nice
to put the GPS to some use. Heck, a eBay search for 7135 shows people
advertising it has GPS! (Well, one now, a few more a few days ago).
So... any update on anyone cracking the GPS to work with the Palm apps
6100 screen going to black when open for a while25 Jan 2005 02:29 GMT4
I've not timed it, but I'm guessing after around 2 minutes with the flip
open (duh) my inside screen will dim (after the "timed" 30 seconds) and then
go black after a minute or so.  I'm guessing this is "normal"?
Tx.
Switching phones online25 Jan 2005 01:04 GMT15
I'm using a flip phone that has negative coverage in certain parts of our
house. However, situations have arisen that make it necessary to have
coverage in that part of the house. Two years ago, I had a Nokia with
extendable antenna that worked. I opted away from that phone for a ...
Emergency Service Only24 Jan 2005 22:19 GMT3
What a cell phone service that I can get for emergencies?  Ok to pay the set
up fee but no monthly service fee and only pay for the minutes used by using
a calling card.
Putting a call to voicemail on LG VX610024 Jan 2005 16:26 GMT2
Found this out by accident...........if you get a call you want to put
through to VM, simply hit end (maybe 2X?).  Someone wrote about no longer
being able to do this (still can't by the outside volume).  Here's how to
speed up the process.
