Just got an account with verizon along with an LG VX4500.
I'm in the process of getting used to the phone and

We are going to be traveling to Tahiti later this year and I would like to
know if there is a phone or carrier I can use there. I have Verizon with a
tri-mode CDMA phone and my wife has Sprint with a tri-mode CDMA phone. I
assume Tahiti uses GSM as do most non-US countries.
