I love this phone and the Vcast service with free internet/vcast minutes.

I know that Verizon will transfer a phone book/contacts to a new phone,
but I was told this weekend at one store they will not transfer/can not
transfer downloaded ringtones etc- anyone encounter this?

I've payed my bill late two times, within a week of my bill due date.
Does anyone know if VZW reports that as a late payment to the credit
bureaus? I've never received a notice for overdue payment.

I hate carrying two chargers when we travel... will the vx7000's work ok on

FWIW, my experiences with Verizon CS have been very positive.
Each time I have called them I have gotten through fairly quickly,

I have a phone plan through a self-branded reseller of Verizon Wireless, and
have to deal with this reseller for all customer service issues. Although my
phone uses the Verizon Wireless network and the number is one of their
prefixes (not ported), Verizon's own CSRs can't pull up ...

When I turn my phone on I see AGPS.  Can I use this to find my location like
