Why Doesn't Wallpaper Fill Screen?29 Mar 2005 07:30 GMT3
I downloaded wallpaper from

I sent it to my phone but it doesn't fill the screen.  Can I fix this
somehow?
Using Verizon Phone with US Cellular Service29 Mar 2005 07:18 GMT5
I have an LG VX4400 phone that was originally on Verizon service.  I know
that US Cellular also used to sell these phones.  A person with USCC service
wants to buy the phone from me because their original phone has failed.
Would they be able to register this phone on USCC's ...

External Additional Antenna To Help Reception ?28 Mar 2005 19:37 GMT9
Have a new Samsung a650 and a new house in Sharon, Mass.
Performance of the phone in Sharon is very disappointing.
Is there a "small" antenna that perhaps I can connect to the phone
while in the house to improve things ?
PRL Now Has Me Worried28 Mar 2005 11:21 GMT5
This PRL (something I never thought about earlier) thing has me worried now.
I do not use Verizon for my cellular service, but I do have a PC Card
BroadbandAccess account with them. Good folks they are, by the way.
I fiddled with the AccessManager to check out what "PRL" version I ...
Updated roam list on a VX3200, signal reduced by 50%28 Mar 2005 07:10 GMT7
I bought a VX3200 a few weeks ago that worked fine from my house until
I updated the roam list last night via *228.  I didn't update it for
any real reason - just saw the recommendation on the web site and went
for it.  Now my signal at home is about half of what it used to be
Corrupted internal display on VX4400B - help please28 Mar 2005 03:21 GMT1
After 14 months, the internal display on my VX4400B became corrupted.

scrolling upward. The left half is shaded yellow. Only the upper right
quarter of the display is readable. Is there any way to reset the
Verizon Blocks Calls?28 Mar 2005 03:21 GMT16
Can anyone tell me why Verizon Wireless blocks all calls to the Dominican
Republic (area code 809)? It is OK to call Cuba but not the DO where there
is a Verizon office in every town. All Verizon will say is that they block
the calls.
Why I went with T-Mobile27 Mar 2005 21:25 GMT6
I was trying to choose between getting a Motorola V600 through T-mobile
as a cellphone that I could use as a modem and access the Net at
dial-up speeds, and an Audiovox PC5220 airlink card for broadband
access, through Verizon, then using VoIP for voice calls. I really
Restricted ad Unavailable calls27 Mar 2005 18:10 GMT6
Yesterday I received 2 calls that came up unavailable and when I answered
the person hung up. I was wondering why dose Verizon not have a feature on
cell lines ( Just like on land lines) that when some one calls you that has
a private  number or have a caller ID blocked on there ...
Great Lightweight Phone27 Mar 2005 04:45 GMT1

recommendations of what's best to meet these two primary needs from the
current crop?
Waiting For The Treo 65027 Mar 2005 01:05 GMT4
I'm thinking about switching providers. I know, from friends, that the
signal strength is fine in my area of central NJ, but I want to get the Treo
650. Does anyone have info on when Verizon plans to offer it?
Broadband/IR phones?27 Mar 2005 00:11 GMT2
I am new to the cell phone world, and I heard that Verizon is the best
service in my area. So, do I have to get my phone from Verizon? Or can
I get Verizon line service, and buy a phone separately?
I was surprised that the phones on verizonwireless.com all don't have
VCAST Questions26 Mar 2005 18:58 GMT6
Ok. I can't manage to get a consistent answer from Verizon, so I'm really
hoping that someone here can assist me, or provide me further information.
I picked up the VX8000 yesterday, as I've swapped my V710 out so many times
that I can't even count anymore. First off, I'm in a non ...
