I have a Nokia CDMA phone that I currently use with Verizon in USA. I will be visiting Brazil in the next couple of weeks, and then Thailand in September and would like to have the use of a cell phone while I am in those countries.

I got the latest version of phone tools and a usb cable. Both genuine Morotola. I upgraded to the latest version of the software and I cannot get the phone to be recognized by the software. I have a WinXP Pro with Norton Internet Security and Norton Anti Virus
