| How to get pictures off Moto 710? | 11 May 2005 00:38 GMT | 9 |
I got a camera phone because it was a good phone....I didn't want or need a mediocre-to-poor camera. But I have it - and now I find myself taking pictures. I don't have web access on the phone because I really don't need it.

Just lost my Audiovox 8300 which did most things right. Two-way speaker phone, Tri-Mode, Dual Band, and also have the Mobile Office kit. Would gladly buy another but

| Is a replacement to v710 coming soon? | 10 May 2005 15:22 GMT | 10 |
I have 1 week left to return my new v710 (in the 15 day return policy program). I used to have the LG VX6000 and I found the call quality and volume to be better on the LG. I got the v710 because I needed bluetooth for my car.

| LG3200 beep * 4 | 10 May 2005 14:26 GMT | 1 |
I have a LG3200 about 1 year old. Works fine except several times in the past couple of weeks when I have been on an extended call (> 30 minutes) after 21:00 (free night minutes) or on the weekend (also free minutes), I hear 4 beeps in fairly rapid succession and the call has ...

| Data coverage in Arkansas? | 10 May 2005 03:02 GMT | 3 |
I will be traveling to Siloam Springs, Arkansas that is in an Extended Digital area and would like to know if anyone with Verizon has tried a data connection from this location? I believe that Verizon partners with Alltel in Arkansas and Oklahoma.

PRL 50295 (AC II) has been released and here are the changes compared to PRL 50288. Some of the details of the SIDs were obtained from http://mallard.rainyday.mb.ca/~dialtone/ and www.mountainwireless.com and http://www.ifast.org/SIDtables.htm

| New Every 2, but only for 1 | 10 May 2005 01:55 GMT | 11 |
I've recently just ordered a v710 from the VZW website under the "new every 2" clause, which allowed me to get it for FREE, since I've fufilled my 2 year contract. A friend of mine has a family share plan, and wants to get some new

| Worry Free Guarentee changes over time... | 09 May 2005 22:29 GMT | 12 |
Can't remember if this has been discussed before. In the old days Verizon promised us the "largest, most advanced" wireless network. We now are promised the best, and most reliable. Note that "largest" and "most advanced" have been removed.

| Which VZW phones handlesfringe areas OTHER than Nokias? | 09 May 2005 21:15 GMT | 21 |
I am looking to upgrade my current Verizon phone. I currently have the Nokia 3589i, which I originally got because we live in a rural part of New Hampshire, and my previous phone (LG VX4400), while otherwise excellent, just could not hold a consistent signal in our house. The

| Recent service degradation on Treo 600 | 09 May 2005 20:05 GMT | 1 |
My Treo 600 used to work reasonably well as a phone but lately it's just sucked. I can see 2-3 bars then when I dial a number it beeps No Service and then comes right back with the 2-3 bars. Dial again, same result. This is happening in places where the phone used to work

| LG VX4600 3-way calling | 09 May 2005 17:15 GMT | 1 |
I recently needed to start using 3-way calling a little more than usual, and I am dismayed by what seems to me to be an odd feature of the vx4600. In order to initiate a 3-way call you do not, while on with the first call, hit Send before dialing the second number. Instead, you

| NYC - can't dial 311? | 09 May 2005 01:44 GMT | 6 |
Just purchased a new phone from Verizon (Moto 710) - it works perfectly. However, I discovered that dialing 311 results in a message from VZ that the number can't be reached as dialed. I have PRL 50288 - I assume it's the newest since the phone was just

| VX4500 - how does it classify calls? | 08 May 2005 19:28 GMT | 2 |
The vx4500 places incoming calls in three categories: Caller ID, no Caller ID, and Restricted. The first two are obvious, but how does it determine that a call falls in the restricted category? When my friend calls me my phone
