How can I change the wallpaper of the outside display on a Motorola V710?

Verizon bill shows the numbers that I called, but shows only my own number
for all the incoming calls.  I talked with other peoples who use other
providers and they told me that their bills show the numbers they call,
marked them as outgoing - and the numbers that call them, ...

Will the Motorola V710 work in Europe?
I currently have a Nokia 3589i for my VZ Wireless service which I am told
will not work in Europe.  I'm thinking of the Moto V710 (because it has
Bluetooth capabilities).  Does it operate on whatever bands are necessary

I am considering an upgrade to an EVDO phone.  I currently use my
phone as a modem using 1x with MOU.  Can an EVDO phone achieve the
higher bandwidth using National Access MOU?  Or do I need to sign up
for a data plan?

I went over my 400 minutes as of about 10 days ago and stopped using my
