I was thinking about signing up for Mobile Web service (the $4.99 deal), but
I wanted to first find out if I can access my Yahoo email account using
Mobile Web. Also, more importantly, is it possible to be notified on my
phone when I receive new email  messages to my Yahoo email ...

I was told by a rep that I would not be charged the ETF for leaving early,
because Verizon had screwed up my bill pretty bad.
When I actually called to cancel the different rep said I would be charged
and told me she couldn't find the person who told me this.

I was just told at a Verizon store that I must upgrade from AC1 (family
plan) to AC2 to take advantage of NE2.  I originally thought I could
just extend AC1 for two more years.  Is that true?
I don't want to lose roaming and contratual 1X MOU.

This is the 3rd day since I upgraded to the Motorola V265. The phone is
on, and it will lost singal, "No Service", in every few minutes. Then

We try and contribute to this forum as a verizon fan.  But yes, we also
sell.  We have had a problem of "late" that people try and get our phones
for FREE as replacement phones, completely ignoring that they need to be
