I had a rep tell me tuesday that if I have a vcast phone that I have to have
the vcast service. Is this true?? The problem is my family plan (79.99 +
9.99 for the third phone) is costing me 160-170 a month.
Mobile Phone Tools and Moto E815 - major frustration getting it to see my phone10 Sep 2005 04:25 GMT1
I hope someone can help.  I just got a new Moto E815 to upgrade my wife's
old T730.  I bought a copy of MPT and the cable.  I was able to get a
connection to her old T730 to copy off her address book into MPT.
When I try to connect the E815 I can not get MPT to recognize the phone.  ...

Treo 650 and BlueTooth10 Sep 2005 01:38 GMT1
Anyone have any input as to the quality of the Treo 650 BlueTooth?  I have
the 600 but I don't want to upgrade unless I can get a good wireless
headset that actually sounds great on both ends of the conversation.  My
boss has a Blackberry on NexTel with a Jabra bluetooth and it ...

I've seen mention of overclocking the 7135.
Is it possible to UNDERclock this crash prone device
to improve its reliability?
I am amazed that Kyocera has not been able to fix this design.
Need help with ringtones 713509 Sep 2005 18:41 GMT11
The user guide has very little information on how to import/convert and
then get the ringtone to the phone.
I've tried the MP3 Ringer maker, but after "creat"ing with it, where do
they go?
For Richard Ness...09 Sep 2005 17:38 GMT19
Since you are an engineer and a very smart person, why don't you tell
everyone what Verizon does to their antenna's on some of the tower's they
lease out. Or, in your infinite wisdom have no idea on what I'm talking
about. Since you are some kind of engineer, you should be first ...

Re-using old non-GPS phones verboten09 Sep 2005 14:12 GMT15
My recent GPS phones are dead, Verizon refuses to allow older non-GPS
phones (3-4yrs old motorolas) back on network.  Their excuse: FCC
regulations. TRUE?  They have lied to me before.  If true, did Verizon
fight this ruling - (do they not make "payoff"s to congress?).

Verizon Coverage in Peru?!?09 Sep 2005 05:45 GMT1
I know this questions was covered some time back, but is it possible to use
a Verizon phone in Peru?  Except for a very expensive way of making outgoing
calls (dialing *165 and entering a major credit card), I always thought the
answer was no.  Now, I see coverage for at least ...
Wilson amplifier09 Sep 2005 02:52 GMT25
Anyone here use the Wilson cellular amp?. I just bought one to hook into my
VX6100 I have on Verizon. I have 15 days to decide if this was a prudent
investment before the refund grace period runs out. I have a few questions
that maybe someone can answer.
