the name (except if you call another cell phone and that number is in the
directory).  sprint, cingular etc etc do display caller names.
any reason why?

FYI: There is a software (firmware) update available. It's supposed to
enable the mp3 player. Takes 1-2 hours according to the store guy I spoke
with by phone.
