Verizon had it on their site a few weeks back. Now it is gone, but a few other interesting gadgets have popped up. Are they waiting for another day to release it? Scott

| Verizon -- worst customer service experiences ever | 21 Dec 2005 04:30 GMT | 16 |
I've been a VZW customer since the local (Columbus, OH) carrier was Cellular One back in 1997. I am completely floored by how difficult it has been to get customer service AND sales service. If I go to a local VZW store to buy a new phone or ask a question, I have to

| Would You Trade an E815 for a Razor? | 21 Dec 2005 01:09 GMT | 14 |
I have an E815 that I am more or less happy with. I use it with an HS820 and voice activated and it's an awesome combo. Being a gadget freak, I love the LOOKS of the new Vz Moto Razor. Bottom line, would you trade the E815 for the Razor and why or why not?

I just purchased the V3c and I'm trying to understand how to sync the phone's contact list with my Outlook contacts. My laptop is bluetooth enabled, and I've already sync'ed the phone up to the laptop. It's that next step of getting the phone and Outlook to interface with each

I was wondering, if I sign up for alerts from "VZW with MSN" (http://vzw.msn.com) or "Get It Now" (https://vtext.rsgo.net/vtext/txtalert.jsp?linkId=alerts_nav_li) are they considered "In Network"? Or will I be charged for each for message?

I just orderd my new 650 and want to know if I sync it, will my "stuff" be transferred to the device or will I have to re-enter everything and install all the software? Also, does it use the same cradle and can anyone suggest a really good BT headset?

| cracked cover | 20 Dec 2005 03:56 GMT | 3 |
Where would I find a new cover for a LG6100 under Verizon. I must have brushed it up against something and it cracked the clear cover just below the sliding cover for the lens. Talked to the people at Verizon store and Kiosks and they told me they wouldn't and/or couldn't do it.
