| Earlier Night Start Time Than 9PM? | 28 Apr 2006 06:55 GMT | 2 |
Does Verizon offer an earlier "night" start time (than 9PM) anywhere in the US? Just curious. It's not as if I would move there to take advantage of it or anything.

| 700w Phone Network Setting "Bug" | 28 Apr 2006 04:32 GMT | 2 |
It seems there is a bug in the phone setting of the 700w. When setting the "phone network setting" to "automatic b" where it should be for a Verizon phone, the setting reverts back to "Home" every time the phone is switched off, then on again. I've seen this in about 6

Hi. I have a family share plan I'm happy with. Just cellular, no data plan. My family all have plain cellphones. Now, I'd like to upgrade my phone to a smartphone (actually a PocketPC/cellphone, like the Treo 700w, UT Starcom XV6700, or Samsung i730). If I log onto ...

| e815 menus? | 27 Apr 2006 15:36 GMT | 20 |
I am looking for a new phone/plan, and I'd like to go with Verizon because their coverage is the best in the DC area;however, I can't stand their new menu system. My bf has a Razr with the new UI, and it's awful.

| Ringtones for free? | 26 Apr 2006 19:51 GMT | 15 |
Technically, you can use the voice recorder to record anything. Technically, you can preview ringtones without paying. Is it possible to use the voice recorder to record the ringtone and assign it without paying the Get It NowT?

| Motorola V325 - How to set to vibrate AND ring? | 26 Apr 2006 15:48 GMT | 2 |
I've got a Motorola V325 and want it to both vibrate and ring whan a call comes in, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to set it to do that. In the manual, it says if you set Call Vibrate to ON and also set Calls to a sound, it will ring and vibrate. Problem is, I

| a840 ring tones | 26 Apr 2006 06:11 GMT | 2 |
So I get my brand new a840 worldphone. I already have Motorola Phone Tools on my PC, so I figure it will be easy to upload to it. Much to my chagrin, the multimedia studio option doesn't show up. It does on my Vodafone UK phone, my Cellular One Alaska phone, and my girlfriend's

| PDA Data plan - No voice at all? | 26 Apr 2006 00:32 GMT | 5 |
I thought I read here that a PDA data plan could also be used for voice at per-minute rates and that you would not get any of the extra voice features like voice mail, etc. And indeed, when I go thru the online purchase of a xv6700 and select only a data plan there is a

| New software update for 700W | 25 Apr 2006 22:11 GMT | 4 |
Have any brave souls loaded the new update yet? Any potential disasters I should look out for? The improvements seem related primarily to email, although there isn't a comprehensive list of changes that I can find other than this short list:

| AC2 and Canada | 25 Apr 2006 03:51 GMT | 3 |
I saw a post recently that suggested that AC2 accounts cannot make roaming calls in Canada, since there is no roaming with AC2. Is that correct? Does "no roaming" mean "no international roaming"?
