Verizon ditching tri-mode phones?21 Apr 2006 02:08 GMT60
It seems that, judging by the Verizon Wireless website that Tri-Mode phones
are no longer being offered.  I found a couple of old model tri-mode phones on
the site, but they were not competitive in feature set and clearly will be
end-of-lifed.

the help so far!). I know they both seem to have great reception and
voice quality (hearing and speaking) and I've researched the feature
advantages of each.

e815 - Vibrate and Text rebooting problems19 Apr 2006 20:04 GMT20
I happened to notice that a co-worker also has an e815.
I asked her how she liked it, she likes it a lot, but complained about a
couple of things I have seen here (and elsewhere).
Her vibrate is awful. About a one second buzz, barely noticeable.

My wife upgraded her phone (Primary Line/NE2 on AC1) about 6 months ago.

downloaded it to my cellphone. You use it for driving, hiking, cycling,
well the sky is the limit! Very user friendly.
