Can anybody who uses it explain how Verizon wireless sync works.  Do you
need to install something on your PC and the PPC?  Is there a plan to allow
only wireless sync for a reduced rate compared to limited or unlimited data?
Anything you can tell me about it would be helpful, ...

This morning I turned on my V3C from Verizon and the dates are showing a
totally different month and date than what it actually is. Haven't been able
to find the place to manually set the time on this phone yet.

Have a brand new V325 Motorola phone.
First few times I plugged the re-charger (the one that came in the phone's
box) into the wall, I got a message that

Anyone know if there's a way to make other callers trying to call me

My DH lost the little retractable antenna on our Moto V276. The phone
seems to work just fine without it, but I'd like to get it replaced. We
don't have a "real" Verizon store near us, just a Kiosk at the mall.
There are a couple of "authorized dealers" around.

I've been through the wringer getting replacements for my Motorola
v710.  This is now the third handset I've had.  My first one had
problems with the antenna connection coming loose, so I replaced it,
then again when the charging port on the new phone died.

G-d, talk about a useless feature on Verizon, they charge $1 a month to
let callers to your phone listen to poor quality classical music while
the call is being connected, and it's always the same tune. It's really
annoying.

Simple question -- with a Treo 650, if I get an "unlimited data" plan,
when I browse, do I use up minutes or are they separate things?

I have a new Treo 700, which replaced a blackberry (still not sure that
was a good idea but oh well), and I can't figure out if it is possible
to "select all" messages/emails to delete them simultaneously. I get
hundreds a day and it is a nightmare. Does anyone know? Please feel
